⑤ Rapid growth or compression symptoms, such as difficulty breathing or hoarseness;

⑥ The mass is large, irregular in shape, poor in mobility, cystic, and brown-yellow fluid is aspirated during puncture. X-rays show scattered, irregular, and small calcifications in the mass;

⑦Accompanied by swollen cervical lymph nodes
