Endometrial cancer is extremely harmful. Many women will be harmed by it and it brings them pain. The occurrence of endometrial cancer needs to be examined, so we need to understand the examination methods of this disease clearly and know what related examination methods are there. Endometrial cancer screening: Cervical cancer refers to a malignant tumor that occurs in the vaginal part of the uterus and the cervical canal. The metastasis of cervical cancer can spread directly to adjacent tissues and organs, downward to the vaginal vault and vaginal wall, upward to the uterine body, to the sides to invade the pelvic tissue, forward to invade the bladder, and backward to invade the rectum. It can also metastasize to the paracervical, internal iliac, external iliac, and inguinal lymph nodes through lymphatic vessels, and even to the supraclavicular and other lymph nodes throughout the body in the late stage. 1. Vaginal exfoliated cytology (cervical cytology smear test) is the most effective method for detecting early cervical cancer. Since most patients with early cancer have no obvious symptoms, it is difficult for doctors to identify the presence of tumors by naked eye observation during clinical examinations, so early cervical cancer is rarely discovered in time. The cervix is exposed at the top of the vagina, which is easy to observe and sample. Therefore, vaginal exfoliated cytology is routinely performed as a screening method for married women during gynecological examinations or cancer prevention surveys. The positive diagnosis rate of early cervical cancer is greatly improved to more than 90%. In order to improve the accuracy of smear diagnosis, special attention should be paid to sampling from the junction of squamous epithelium and columnar epithelium, which is the most common site of cervical cancer. Since the junction of squamous epithelium and columnar epithelium in elderly women moves upward into the cervical canal, in addition to scraping smears from the cervix and vagina, smears should also be taken from the cervical canal to avoid missed diagnosis. 2. Colposcopy: The colposcopy can magnify 6 to 40 times and is used to observe changes in cervical blood vessels and tissues. It can improve the diagnosis of carcinoma in situ by 7 to 10 times, and the consistency rate with pathological diagnosis is 78%. Colposcopy can select the site for biopsy and help find the site, range, nature and degree of early lesions for those with suspicious vaginal cytology smears, but it cannot find lesions at the squamous-columnar junction or extending into the cervical canal, and cannot replace cervical scraping or biopsy. After understanding the above content, everyone knows what the examination method of endometrial cancer is. The occurrence of this disease has caused harm to many female friends, so it will interfere with their daily life. Therefore, friends should pay attention to the health of their uterus. The occurrence of this disease requires relevant examinations. |
