1. Place at room temperature

Generally speaking, kiwis will ripen naturally in three to five days at room temperature. Kiwis that do not need to be ripened can be placed in the refrigerator. It is said that the harder kiwis can be stored in the refrigerator for at least 4 months. At the same time, be careful not to put kiwis together with other fruits, otherwise they will easily come into contact with ethylene gas and become soft.

2. Fruit Mixing Method

Put kiwis that need to be ripened and other fruits that easily release ethylene gas, such as apples and bananas, into a paper bag or a plastic bag, tie it tightly, and eat it when it is slightly soft when pinched. Be careful not to keep it for too long, otherwise it will be overripe.

3. Juice

Cut the kiwi into pieces, add some apples, pears, bananas, etc., and squeeze them into juice to drink.

4. Make smoothies

Put the kiwi cut into pieces, pineapple juice and ice cubes into a food processor and blend them. Pour the blended kiwi into a cup and it will become kiwi smoothie.

5. Make jam

Prepare kiwi fruit and white sugar in a ratio of 4:1. Add a small amount of sugar to a pot with water and boil it into sugar liquid. Then add kiwi pulp, stir and boil until the pulp becomes transparent. Mash large pieces of pulp into a paste. Remove from heat, let cool, and put into a jar in the refrigerator. You can take it out and eat it whenever you want. It can generally be eaten for about a week.
