Drunk and drinking milk

Drunk and drinking milk

You cannot drink milk after being drunk, because milk will slow down the absorption of alcohol in the human body. If you do this frequently, it may even cause problems such as arteriosclerosis. Of course, if you want to sober yourself up and make yourself feel better after being drunk, there are still many methods you can choose from, such as drinking water or honey water, eating grapes, eating bananas, drinking yogurt, etc., all of which can help sober up!

1. Drink plenty of water or honey water

Drinking honey after a hangover is one of the more effective ways to sober up.

The reason is that the fructose and glucose in honey can be directly absorbed by the human body without passing through the digestive system, which promotes the decomposition of alcohol and accelerates the removal of alcohol from the blood.

How to take: Spread honey on steamed buns or bread and eat directly, or make a cup of honey water. The higher the concentration, the better.

2. Eat grapes

Grapes can also help to sober up. Fresh grapes contain a large amount of tartaric acid. Once this substance enters the human body, it can react with the ethanol in the wine.

This will produce ester substances, which can lower the alcohol concentration in the blood and make it less likely for the human body to get drunk.

In addition, the sour taste of grapes can also relieve stomach discomfort symptoms such as nausea and regurgitation caused by drinking, and it is also a magic tool for sobering up.

3. Eat bananas

If you feel chest tightness and a slightly faster heartbeat after drinking, don't panic. You can eat 1 to 3 bananas to relieve the pain.

Because eating some bananas after drinking can increase blood sugar concentration and reduce the proportion of alcohol in the blood. While sobering up, it also eliminates symptoms such as palpitations and chest tightness.

4. Eat tomatoes

Eating tomatoes raw or drinking tomato juice can both help to sober up, but the latter is more effective.

Since tomatoes contain special fructose ingredients that accelerate the decomposition and absorption of alcohol, drinking more than 300 ml of tomato juice at one time can quickly get rid of dizziness and sober up from drunkenness.

5. Drink yogurt

Yogurt can protect the gastric mucosa, delay the absorption of alcohol, and is rich in calcium, making it particularly effective in relieving irritability after drinking.

In addition, it should be noted that many people drink a cup of strong tea to sober up after drinking, but this method of sobering up is also wrong. It will cause excessive urination, overload the kidneys, and cause harmful substances to accumulate in the kidneys and form stones.
