3. Phlegm-dispelling and nodule-dispersing method

Due to the blockage of Qi, the spleen fails to function properly, and the kidney fire declines, so the damp phlegm condenses in the meridians and marrow and forms on the skin surface. 4. Eliminate toxins and eliminate evil

(II) Special prescriptions

1.Xiaohe extract tablets

12.5g each of Fritillaria thunbergii, Salvia miltiorrhiza, seaweed, and kelp, 25g each of oyster and Hedyotis diffusa, 50g of Prunella vulgaris, 15g of Scrophularia ningpoensis, and 3g of Licorice. Decoction, extract and make tablets. Take 4 to 6 tablets each time, 3 times a day, and can be taken for a long time.

2. Xiaoliu Tablets (Fuzheng Xiaoliu Tablets)

It is composed of ginseng, Panax notoginseng, fleabane, wolfsbane, coix seed, bead, centipede, Dioscorea bulbifera, Agrimoniae, bezoar, astragalus, antler glue, borax, placenta, etc. Take 6 to 10 tablets each time, 3 times a day, and can be taken continuously for a long time.

3. Bezoar 1g, Scutellaria barbata 30g, Rhubarb 10g, Hedyotis diffusa 30g. Take 1 dose daily for a long time.

4. Seaweed Jade Pot Soup

It is composed of seaweed, tangerine peel, fritillaria, forsythia, kelp, pinellia, green peel, angelica, chuanxiong, angelica, and liquorice. Take one dose per day, or take it continuously. It has a certain effect on the early stage of malignant melanoma with small nodular sputum nucleus.

(III) Topical medications

1. Grind the fruit of Brucea javanica into powder, or smash it into an oily pancake, and apply it on the lesions, changing it every 1 to 2 days.

2. Grind wild lily into powder, or mash fresh grass into paste, apply it on the lesions, and change the dressing twice a day.

3. Grind 1 part of Jinhua San Shengdan and 9 parts of Gypsum into powder and mix well. Apply to the affected area and the ulcerated surface of malignant melanoma. Change the dressing once a day.

4. Grind 30g of leech, 10g of rhubarb, and 5g of indigo into fine powder, boil it with 60g of sesame oil and 15g of yellow wax to make a paste, apply it on the tumor, and change the dressing once a day.

5. Five Tiger Pills

180g each of mercury, alum, alum, saltpeter, and salt, and kerosene pills. Grind the crystals into very fine powder. Sprinkle the powder directly on the tumor, or rub it into a nail with rice, apply it on the lesion, or insert it into the lesion. After the tumor necrotizes and falls off, sprinkle red shengdan instead, and change the dressing every other day until the wound heals.

6. Three-grade gun powder

Calcined white arsenic and alum into white blocks, add realgar and myrrh, grind into fine powder, sterilize with ultraviolet light and seal in a bottle for later use. Wash the tumor lesion with furazolidone solution and apply 0.3-0.6 of powder, cover with vaseline gauze. Change the dressing once a day, and apply the medicine once every 3-5 days. Generally, after 3-5 days of applying the medicine, all the cancerous tissues will be necrotic and fall off, and then change to tetracycline ointment to form granulation tissue.

7. Toad venom ointment

Take 10g of toad venom, dissolve it in 30ml of cleaning solution, add 40g of sulfa ointment, mix evenly, and apply an appropriate amount to the tumor. Generally, the tumor begins to necrotize and fall off after 3 days of medication, and the wound can be basically healed after about 18 days of medication.

(IV) Diet adjustment

Malignant melanoma patients often develop malignant changes in moles on the basis of physical weakness, mainly deficiency of qi and blood or deficiency of kidney qi. After a serious illness, or after surgery or chemotherapy, the physical condition becomes even weaker. Therefore, it is particularly important to regulate diet and strengthen nutrition. The spleen governs transportation and transformation, and is the source of qi and blood production. To replenish qi and blood, one must first strengthen the spleen and stimulate appetite, so as to replenish qi and nourish blood.

Available:

1. Make ginseng porridge with 3g ginseng powder (or 15g codonopsis), appropriate amount of rock sugar and 100g good rice. Cook the porridge and eat it regularly.

2. Astragalus porridge: 50g of Astragalus, boil it in water to extract the juice for cooking porridge, add 100g of good rice, appropriate amount of brown sugar, 3g of Pi Pi powder, cook the porridge together.

3. Steamed Chicken with Angelica and Astragalus: 20g Angelica, 100g Astragalus, and 1 hen. Steam them together and take in several doses.

4. Ginseng and jujube rice: 3g ginseng (or 15g codonopsis), 20g jujube, 250g good rice, 50g sugar. Cut the ginseng and jujube into small pieces and steam them together. When the rice is cooked, add sugar and take it in several times.

5. Atractylodes macrocephala cake 30g, jujube 250g, chicken gizzard lining, dried ginger, flour, oil, salt and other seasonings in appropriate amounts. Grind all the medicines into powder or cut them into very fine pieces, mix them with flour and seasonings, make into pancakes, and eat them in several portions.

Malignant melanoma patients also often have kidney deficiency. To treat liver and kidney deficiency, the following diet can be used:

1. Cordyceps and wolfberry: 10g Cordyceps sinensis, 20g wolfberry, 100g lean pork, 250g eggs, and appropriate amount of seasoning. Stew until cooked and take in several times.

2. Wolfberry porridge: 30g wolfberries and 100g good rice, cook together.

3. Walnut duck: 200g walnut kernels, 100g chicken, 150g water chestnuts, 1 old duck, a little seasoning, appropriate amount of oil and salt, stew together, and take in several times.

For patients with malignant melanoma who have toxic and blood stasis symptoms, the following diet can be used:
