Among vegetables and fruits, spicy and irritating foods such as ginger, leek, onion, and garlic should be used less or not at all. Luffa and lotus root cool the blood and detoxify, amaranth clears heat and promotes diuresis, cucumber, winter melon, wild rice shoots, and watermelon clear heat and dampness, and can be consumed more depending on personal circumstances. In addition, coix seed clears away heat and dampness, while mung bean clears away heat and detoxifies. You can cook them into porridge and eat them more often on a daily basis, which will help improve the condition. Although eczema is not a serious problem, it is often itchy and unbearable, often affecting sleep, daily life and mood. Therefore, you must have patience and a positive attitude to learn to get along with it and keep it under control. If eczema persists and itching is severe, you should see a doctor. There are eczema, pus-crust rash, etc. If it is a mild case of prickly heat (i.e. heat rash), eczema will disappear on its own. However, if it does not disappear and persists for a period of time, it will be infected by the bacteria on the epidermis and form pus scabs, which requires treatment.
