What are the types of liver cancer cells

What are the types of liver cancer cells? How can primary liver cancer be classified according to cell types? According to statistics, the total number of primary liver cancer patients in my country has reached 55% of the world's total, and about 30,000 people die from liver cancer every year. Primary liver cancer can be divided into the following types according to cell types.

Hepatocellular carcinoma: In my country, the main type of primary liver cancer is hepatocellular carcinoma, and a high-risk factor for primary liver cancer is a history of post-hepatitis cirrhosis. Under color Doppler examination, hepatocellular carcinoma is often accompanied by a background of cirrhosis, a halo sign is often seen around the tumor, and a "knot within a knot" phenomenon is sometimes seen inside the tumor.

Cholangiocarcinoma: Cholangiocarcinoma accounts for only about 10% of primary liver cancer. It is manifested by painless, progressively worsening obstructive jaundice; ultrasound examination reveals intrahepatic solid masses, bile duct dilatation, and abnormal mass images in the bile duct. Cholangiocarcinoma is often accompanied by intrahepatic bile duct stones and surrounding bile duct dilatation under color Doppler.

Mixed liver cancer: Mixed liver cancer is a rare type of primary liver cancer, and its clinical characteristics are still not very clear. The origin of mixed liver cancer is still unclear. In genetic genetics research, by screening the loss of heterozygosity of three types of primary liver cancer genes, it was found that mixed liver cancer is closer to liver cancer.

The origin of mixed liver cancer is still unclear. The preoperative clinical diagnosis rate is extremely low, the clinical features are atypical, and preoperative diagnosis is difficult. Most patients are in the late stage when they seek medical treatment. Diagnosis requires postoperative pathological analysis. Most patients are diagnosed only after surgery. The prognosis is also poor. It is recommended to try five cell immunotherapy technologies to treat liver cancer.
