Recombinant human interleukin-2, or patients with a history of toxic reactions related to it: (1) Sustained ventricular tachycardia. (2) Uncontrolled arrhythmia. (3) Chest pain accompanied by electrocardiographic changes, angina pectoris or myocardial infarction. (4) Cardiac tamponade. (5) Renal failure requiring dialysis for >72 hours. (6) Coma or toxic psychosis for >48 hours. (7) Intractable or intractable epilepsy. (8) Local intestinal ischemia or perforation. (9) Gastrointestinal bleeding requiring surgery.
