Unblocking blocked meridians throughout the body

Unblocking blocked meridians throughout the body

Nowadays, many diseases are becoming more common among young people. Especially diseases such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and diabetes. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the occurrence of disease is closely related to the blockage of meridians in our body. If there is a problem with the body's circulation, various diseases will easily occur, and the body will age faster. So, if the meridians throughout the body are blocked, how can we clear them?

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that meridians determine human health, and meridian blockage is the direct cause of the decline in body function, which is commonly known as "microcirculation." Some people can live to be over 100 years old because their microcirculation system can remain unobstructed; but there are also many people who "age prematurely" because although they are young, their microcirculation is severely blocked. Once the meridians are blocked, the human body will suffer from many diseases. Therefore, if you want to maintain your health, it is very necessary to keep your meridians unobstructed.

What are the symptoms if the meridians are blocked?

(1) Cold. Since human body temperature is transported by qi and blood, the body temperature will be normal only when qi and blood are abundant. If a part of the body feels cold, it may be that the meridians are blocked and qi and blood are difficult to reach the body. The most common symptom is cold limbs.

(2) Hot. The main symptoms are low fever, dryness, or abnormal sweating in certain parts of the body. This is caused by the blockage of meridians in the body, which prevents heat from being dissipated through normal channels.

(3) Pain and pain. When there is a problem with the meridians or blood circulation, the most typical symptom is pain. As the saying goes, "If there is pain, the meridians are blocked, and if there is blood circulation, there is no pain." However, the occurrence of pain is a "good thing" to a certain extent, which means that the blood circulation has not been completely blocked, and the body is trying to save itself and break through the "blockage". Once it is blocked, the human body will not feel pain, but the condition will become more serious.

(4) Numbness and wood. The pain caused by meridian blockage will further develop into numbness or stiffness. For example, if you sit cross-legged for too long, your lower limbs will not be able to circulate Qi and blood, causing pain; then your meridians will be blocked, Qi and blood will be completely blocked, and your legs will become numb. When paralysis occurs in the limbs, it must be taken seriously, especially for patients with hypertension. They must pay attention to timely unblocking of meridians to reduce the probability of stroke.

(5) Acid. If a part of the body feels sore for no reason, or even after a little exercise, it means that the meridians in that part are blocked, the supply of Qi and blood is slowed down, and cannot meet the body's needs. For example, after strenuous exercise, people will feel sore or weak. This is because short-distance running requires more qi and blood supply, which exceeds the normal supply limit of the body.

(6) Swelling and bloating. Meridian blockage can be tangible, which is swelling, often caused by blood stasis; meridian blockage can also be intangible, which is bloating, caused by qi stagnation. Bloating is usually "vortex qi" formed when qi does not flow smoothly in the meridians.

How to solve the blockage of microcirculation? In other words, how can we delay the degree of congestion?

1. Eyes: Move your eyeballs and gaze into the distance

Among the five senses of the human body, eyes are one of the organs that age the earliest and fastest. Most people will experience symptoms such as presbyopia and blurred vision around the age of 45, which is related to the hardening and weakening of elasticity of the lens, an important refractive medium in the eyeball. If you want to keep your eyes elastic and full of vitality, you need to move your eyeballs more often.

2. Lungs: Blow up balloons and do chest expansion exercises

Studies have found that people with large lung capacity rarely experience symptoms such as inattention, dizziness, and chest tightness. Generally, after the age of 35, lung capacity begins to gradually decline. At this time, the body's oxygen supply is 5%-10% less than when young, and organ aging also accelerates. But if you persist in physical exercise, your cardiopulmonary function will be significantly improved. You can practice blowing balloons at ordinary times, and try to blow the balloons up in one breath. You can also do chest expansion exercises every day to increase the strength of your chest muscles, which can increase the depth of your breathing.

3. Intestines: Eat crude fiber and drink yogurt

The intestines are an important detoxification organ in the human body and also bear the important task of resisting diseases. Once problems occur, not only will you lose your appetite, but various health problems such as indigestion, constipation, and reduced immunity will follow.

Drinking more water can solve the problem of constipation, eating crude fiber can stimulate intestinal peristalsis and promote defecation, and drinking yogurt can regulate the balance of intestinal flora and increase the intake of probiotics. In addition, the nerves of the intestinal mucosa are also related to the amount of potassium in the body. Eating more potassium-rich foods, such as potatoes, sweet potatoes, pumpkins, yams, etc., can also prevent constipation.

4. Heart: Brisk walking regularly

To keep your heart active, the most important thing is to maintain good living habits. In addition to quitting smoking and limiting alcohol consumption, you should walk more and avoid high-oil and high-fat diets.

5. Liver: less anger and better sleep

The key to keeping the liver "charged" is to be less angry and get enough sleep, especially at night, it is best to fall asleep before 11 o'clock. People who are under great pressure should learn to relieve stress in time. When you are under a lot of stress, you can sit down and feel where your muscles are most tense, then listen to music and consciously relax this part. The stress will be relieved quickly. Deep breathing and massage are also good ways to relieve stress.

6. Professional massage

Professional dredging can better unblock blockages through external force, balance the body's yin and yang, qi and blood, and make the body healthy and long-lived.
