The causes of pancreatic cancer are sometimes unexpected in the lives of pancreatic cancer patients. Many times, details can lead to pancreatic cancer. Pancreatic cancer patients should pay attention to their diet control. It will also bring many painful symptoms to patients. Many patients do not have enough understanding of the symptoms of the disease, and do not know how to treat it early when they find the disease, which leads to the uncontrollable onset of the disease. The main hazards to patients are: 1. Loss of appetite and weight loss are also common symptoms of pancreatic cancer. Tumors often block the excretion of pancreatic juice and bile, thus affecting the patient's appetite and causing poor digestion and absorption, leading to significant weight loss. (ii) Upper abdominal discomfort and dull pain are symptoms of pancreatic cancer. Tumors often cause obstruction of the pancreatic duct or bile duct. Although jaundice has not yet occurred, bile excretion is poor, the pressure in the bile duct increases, and the bile duct and gallbladder are dilated to varying degrees. Patients may feel abdominal discomfort and dull pain. In the past, the typical symptom of pancreatic head cancer was emphasized to be painless jaundice. In fact, painless jaundice only occurs in 10% to 30% of patients as the first symptom. Abdominal pain is still a very common symptom in patients with pancreatic head cancer. As for pancreatic body and tail cancer, the incidence of abdominal pain is higher, and it may present as significant upper abdominal pain and back pain due to involvement of the celiac plexus. The appearance of symptoms of pancreatic cancer often indicates that the disease has entered the late stage. (III) Advanced pancreatic cancer may present with a fixed mass in the upper abdomen and positive ascites. Further manifestations may include cachexia and liver, lung or bone metastasis. (IV) In addition to causing obstructive jaundice, pancreatic head cancer often causes gallbladder enlargement, which can be clearly palpated in the right upper abdomen. Obstructive jaundice accompanied by gallbladder enlargement often indicates the possibility of periampullary tumors. (V) Obstructive jaundice is a prominent manifestation of pancreatic head cancer. If the tumor is located near the ampulla, jaundice may appear earlier. Jaundice often persists and progressively deepens. The stool becomes lighter in color, even clay-colored. The skin becomes brown or bronze-colored, and there is skin itching. Although pancreatic cancer is a type of cancer, it is very harmful to patients. If you suffer from the disease, you should receive treatment as soon as possible and don't miss the best time for treatment. At the same time, you should also learn to prevent diseases in your life and don't let your own neglect cause the onset of the disease to be uncontrollable. |
