Symptoms of cold and heat stroke

Symptoms of cold and heat stroke

Have you heard of the name "cold and heat syndrome"? Have you ever experienced this disease personally? In fact, this disease is often seen in our daily life, but we are relatively unfamiliar with the name of this disease. The so-called cold and heat syndrome is a disease caused by the body being affected by alternating low and high temperatures. This disease is very easy to occur in summer, but many people do not know that they have suffered from cold and heat syndrome even if they have this disease.

First of all, we should be clear about the symptoms of cold and heat. After a cold and heat attack, people's digestive ability will be greatly weakened, their appetite will be poor, and they will be prone to low fever. The body will feel hot and cold, and they will feel anxious. They may even feel a pain in the neck. Of course, patients suffering from cold or heatstroke may also experience symptoms such as dizziness, fatigue, thirst, dry mouth, sore limbs, and even vomiting, diarrhea, and no sweating.

Therefore, for the treatment of cold and heatstroke, we should first pay attention to diet. After a cold and heat stroke, you should eat light, low-fat and easily digestible food. Among fresh fruits and vegetables, you can choose tomatoes, cucumbers, lentils, fresh peaches, watermelons, etc., which can supplement nutrition and regulate the cold and heat stroke.

Rather than treating cold and heat stroke, we should take measures to prevent it.

In hot seasons, try not to suddenly go from a high-temperature environment to a low-temperature environment. Do not drink ice water or eat cold food immediately after sweating profusely. Give the human body an adaptation process. There is a transition period when alternating between cold and hot, so that the human body can adapt to the temperature changes first, so as to effectively avoid the situation of cold and heatstroke.

In addition, no matter how hot the weather is, try not to take cold showers. Taking a hot shower and drinking hot tea can help you sweat and dissipate heat, which is an effective way to relieve heat and prevent heatstroke.
