2. What foods are good for the body if you have lymphoma?

1. After radiotherapy, lymphoma patients suffer from great damage to the body. Common clinical symptoms include burning, yin damage, dry mouth, irritability, and other symptoms of stagnation of heat and body fluid. In terms of diet, you should pay attention to eating more foods that nourish yin, are light, sweet and cold, and promote the production of body fluid, such as water chestnuts, pears, fresh lotus roots, winter melons, watermelons, mung beans, mushrooms, and white fungus.

2. After chemotherapy, patients with lymphoma often have digestive tract reactions, such as nausea, vomiting, and decreased blood levels due to bone marrow suppression and impaired hematopoietic function. In terms of diet, attention should be paid to increasing appetite and eating nutritious foods. At this time, in addition to choosing the food that patients like to eat on weekdays, you can also use foods such as scrambled eggs with tomatoes, stewed lean meat with hawthorn, mutton soup with astragalus and angelica, stewed beef with cordyceps, black fungus, fresh royal jelly, coriander, etc., which can not only replenish qi and blood, but also strengthen the spleen and stomach, reduce reactions, and improve the efficacy.

3. Eat foods rich in vitamin A. Such as egg yolks, animal livers (pig, sheep, chicken, etc.), carrots, lettuce leaves, rapeseed, sweet potatoes, etc. The main function of vitamin A is to maintain the normal structure of epithelial tissue, stimulate the body's immune system, mobilize the body's anti-cancer enthusiasm, and resist the invasion of pathogenic substances into the body.

4. Choose more foods that enhance immune function, such as shiitake mushrooms, mushrooms, jujubes, longans, lotus seeds, black fungus, white fungus, etc.

5. Choose foods with anti-tumor effects, such as shepherd's purse tea, day lily, turtle, coix seed, arrowhead mushroom, white radish, etc.

The editor has compiled very detailed knowledge about diet for lymphoma. I hope you can follow the precautions in the above article, supplement nutrition when you should, and never eat food that you shouldn’t eat.
