There are two situations that should raise alarms:

1. Have had ovarian dysfunction for a long time, such as menorrhagia, premenstrual syndrome, breast pain, multiple spontaneous abortions, infertility and premature menopause;

2. Long-term unexplained loss of appetite, abdominal distension and abdominal pain.
