TCM treatment for advanced prostate cancer

TCM treatment for advanced prostate cancer

The prostate is a male-specific sex gland organ. Generally speaking, most cases occur in middle-aged and elderly men, but in recent years, there has been a clear trend of younger people, which is mainly related to the living conditions of modern people. Although prostate disease is very common, it cannot be ignored. Generally, Chinese medicine emphasizes the principle of symptomatic treatment, so the same is true for choosing Chinese medicine methods for the treatment of advanced prostate cancer. The following is a detailed introduction:

1. If the condition of prostate cancer patients is Qi and blood deficiency type, this type of symptoms, in the late stage of the disease, patients are mostly tired and short of breath, pale complexion, poor appetite and edema, urinary pain and retention, hematuria and slough, lumbar pain radiating to both lower limbs, pale tongue, thin white fur, deep and weak pulse. Therefore, this type of patients should pay attention to replenishing Qi and blood during treatment. Therefore, patients can choose Shiquan Dabu Decoction for treatment, with 10 grams of ginseng, 10 grams of Poria, 10 grams of Atractylodes, 6 grams of Licorice, 10 grams of Rehmannia, 10 grams of Angelica, 10 grams of Chuanxiong, 10 grams of Red Peony Root, 6 grams of Cinnamon, and 10 jujubes. Decoction with water, once a day.

2. Once the patient with advanced prostate cancer suffers from damp-heat type, generally this type of lesion has no obvious local symptoms in the early stage, and there may be mild frequent urination, dysuria, red and astringent urine, damp scrotum, dry stool, dark red tongue, yellow and greasy fur, and slippery pulse. When the disease develops to the late stage, these early symptoms will become very obvious. Therefore, the treatment should be to clear away heat, promote dampness and detoxify. At this time, the patient can choose to add and subtract the Difenqing drink, which is 15 grams of Difenqing, 15 grams of Poria, 15 grams of Plantago, 12 grams of raw coix seed, 10 grams of Atractylodes, 30 grams of Solanum nigrum, 20 grams of Scutellaria barbata, 20 grams of Bletilla striata, 30 grams of Smilax glabra, 10 grams of Sophora flavescens, and 10 grams of red bean. Decoction with water, once a day.

In summary, different advanced prostate cancer conditions require different treatments. Therefore, when we choose TCM to treat prostate cancer, we must first understand our condition. Only in this way can the treatment of the disease be more targeted. Finally, I wish you a speedy recovery.
