2. Chemotherapy for lymphoma is mostly carried out with combination chemotherapy, and the goal is to achieve complete remission in the first treatment to create favorable conditions for long-term disease-free survival.

3. Bone marrow transplantation For patients with lymphoma under 60 years old who can tolerate high-dose chemotherapy, all lymph node radiotherapy and high-dose combined chemotherapy can be considered, combined with allogeneic or autologous bone marrow transplantation, in order to achieve longer-term remission and disease-free survival. At present, domestic and foreign studies on autologous bone marrow transplantation for diffuse and progressive lymphoma have achieved encouraging results, among which more than 40% to 50% have a reduction in tumor burden, and 18% to 25% of relapsed cases have been cured.
