Vomiting is projectile and occurs frequently when the headache worsens. About 60% of brain tumor patients may vomit. Vomiting is not related to diet and is not necessarily accompanied by nausea before vomiting. The vomiting often occurs in the morning or when the headache is the most severe. The headache may be slightly relieved after vomiting.
