What are the complications of uterine cancer?

Uterine cancer is a relatively serious disease for most female friends. It not only causes serious physical harm to patients, but also causes serious psychological harm to patients. Female friends with uterine cancer should pay more attention to it. Some of them may also cause a series of other gynecological diseases that further torture the patient's health. So what are the complications of uterine cancer?

1. Irregular vaginal bleeding: If a postmenopausal woman suddenly experiences menstrual bleeding, she should be alert. In most cases, the bleeding is not much. In another case, cervical cancer will not cause any pain in the body, such as abdominal pain, back pain, etc. In fact, this irregular vaginal bleeding is often a symptom of early cervical cancer. Therefore, it is necessary to be alert.

2. Abnormal vaginal discharge: increased vaginal discharge, white or bloody, thin like water or rice soup, with a fishy smell. In the late stage, due to the rupture of cancerous tissue, tissue necrosis, secondary infection, etc., there is a large amount of purulent or rice soup-like foul-smelling vaginal discharge.

3. Contact bleeding: This is the most prominent symptom of cervical cancer. Patients with cervical cancer have vaginal bleeding, which is often manifested as vaginal discharge mixed with blood after sexual intercourse, gynecological examination, or straining to defecate.

4. Bleeding during sexual intercourse: Symptoms of cervical cancer in young patients often manifest as contact bleeding, which occurs during sexual intercourse, gynecological examinations, and after defecation. The amount of bleeding can be more or less, generally depending on the size of the lesion and the extent of invasion of the interstitial blood vessels. In the early stage, the amount of bleeding is small, while in the late stage, the larger lesions will manifest as heavy bleeding, which may cause fatal hemorrhage once the larger blood vessels are eroded. Young patients may also experience prolonged menstruation, shortened cycle, and increased menstrual flow.
