Most scholars believe that cholecystectomy is sufficient for such patients and there is no need for extended radical surgery. They also believe that even if surgery is performed to expand the scope of radical surgery, it may not necessarily change the survival rate and prognosis.

2. Radiotherapy: Gallbladder cancer has atypical early symptoms, and the radical resection rate is low. The recurrence rate after extended radical resection is high and is the main cause of death. Therefore, surgery combined with radiotherapy is advocated. Gallbladder cancer is sensitive to radiotherapy. Surgery plus radiotherapy can prolong life and improve quality of life.
