What to eat to make up for thin hair

Hair looks good only when it is thick and dense, but many people have very little hair, and the symptoms of hair loss are getting more and more serious. If the hair loss continues, they may become bald one day. In order to make their hair less sparse, many people will apply some ointments or something like that to their heads, but the effect is not so good. I want to solve it through diet therapy. What should I eat to make up for my hair loss?

1. Wash the black beans clean, steam and dry them repeatedly, then store them in a porcelain bottle. Eat them twice a day, 6 grams each time, chewing them and swallowing them with light salt water. At the same time, eat 1 egg and 2 large walnut kernels every day. If you take them regularly, it will be effective.

2. Take 12 large walnuts, peel off the shell and the membrane on the flesh, stir-fry the walnut meat and chop it for later use. Also take 60 grams each of wolfberry and Polygonum multiflorum, and 240 grams of red beans or black soybeans.

3. First, add appropriate amount of water to wolfberry and Polygonum multiflorum and boil them together. When the juice is thick, filter out the residue. Then put the fried and chopped walnut meat and black beans into the juice. Continue to fry until the walnut meat is soft and the juice is completely absorbed by the black beans. Finally, take it out and dry it or tumble dry it at low temperature before consumption. Take twice a day, 6 to 9 grams each time, in the morning and evening on an empty stomach or when hungry.

4. Wash 1000 grams of fresh mulberries (or 500 grams of dried mulberries), add appropriate amount of water and boil, take the decoction once every 30 minutes, then add water and boil again, and take the decoction twice in total. After combining the decoctions, simmer over low heat to concentrate until it becomes thick, add 300 grams of honey, bring to a boil and turn off the heat. After it cools, bottle it for later use. Take 1 tablespoon each time, dissolve in boiling water and drink twice a day.

5. Take 1000 grams of walnut kernels, soak them in cold water for 3 days, take them out and remove the skin, then put an appropriate amount of white sugar into the pot, pour it into the walnut kernels after it melts, stir well, and it can be eaten after it cools. Take twice a day. 10 grams each time.

6. Mash 250 grams each of black sesame and fresh mulberry, add a little honey and mix well. Put it in a bottle. Take 1 tablespoon each time with boiled water, 3 times a day.

7. The fermented glutinous rice swill washing method: filter out the swill from the washed glutinous rice, drain the base layer and store it for 3 days. After it ferments and turns sour, use it to rub your hair and then wash it off. Do this once a day. Long-term use can make white hair turn black, and it has the effect of moisturizing hair and making it black and shiny.

8. Fry soybeans with rice vinegar and soybeans. Boil the beans with rice vinegar until they are soft. Remove the beans and cook until it becomes thick. Apply it on your hair. It can blacken your hair and turn white hair black.

9. 250 grams of black beans, 30 ginkgo nuts, grind and fry, 100 grams of black sesame seeds, 150 grams of Polygonum multiflorum, fry, mix the four ingredients and put them in a bottle, take 30 grams after breakfast every day.

10. Take 40 grams each of black beans, black sesame seeds, jujubes, Polygonum multiflorum, and Rehmannia glutinosa, 10 grams each of Angelica sinensis and Chuanxiong, add 750 ml of 60-degree rice wine and soak for 15 to 20 days, then take 10 ml orally each time, 3 times a day; Rehmannia powder, 2500 grams of raw Rehmannia root, 250 grams of Acanthopanax cortex, 250 grams of Achyranthes bidentata, remove the seedlings of Achyranthes bidentata, soak the Rehmannia root in wine overnight, dry it, steam it nine times and dry it nine times, grind the medicine into fine powder, sieve it into loose powder, take 10 grams on an empty stomach every day with warm wine (it can also be eaten with soup or porridge), avoid raw onions, radishes, and garlic. The combination of these three medicines can replenish Qi and blood, benefit the liver and kidneys, strengthen the muscles and bones, make people healthy and long-lived, turn gray hair black, and increase energy.
