What are the clinical symptoms of lung cancer?

Clinical symptoms of lung cancer include:

(1) Cough: Lung cancer invades the bronchi and lung tissues, usually causing respiratory irritation symptoms and irritating cough.

(2) Low fever: When tumor tissue blocks the bronchus, obstructive pneumonia often occurs, with varying degrees of severity. Mild cases may only have a low fever, while severe cases may have a high fever. The condition may temporarily improve after taking medication, but will soon relapse.

(3) Chest pain: In the early stages of lung cancer, chest pain is mild and is mainly manifested as dull pain or dull pain in an uncertain location and with an uncertain relationship to breathing. If the pain persists, it indicates that the tumor may have affected the pleura.

(4) Blood in sputum: When tumor inflammation causes necrosis or capillary damage, a small amount of bleeding will occur, which is often mixed with the sputum and appears intermittently or discontinuously.
