1. Ovarian metastasis is the first manifestation in 43.6% of female gastric cancer patients. Clinical manifestations are mostly acute abdominal pain, irregular menstruation, lower abdominal mass, etc., while gastrointestinal symptoms are not obvious.

2. The liver metastasis rate of gastric cancer with liver metastasis as the first manifestation is 45.9%-46.5%, which is often accompanied by liver disease manifestations such as chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis.

3. The first manifestation is enlarged lymph nodes on the surface of the body. Gastric cancer with a high degree of malignancy or in the late stage can metastasize to the left supraclavicular lymph nodes through the thoracic duct, or metastasize to the umbilicus through the round ligament of the liver. During the physical examination, enlarged, rough, hard and stone-like cancerous nodules can be palpated in the supraclavicular fossa or umbilicus. The early symptoms of gastric cancer are relatively hidden, especially in elderly patients, so when the above symptoms appear, you must be vigilant and go to the hospital for gastroscopy in time.
