Ingredients: 1000g mutton bones, 100g glutinous rice, a little fine salt, 2 scallions, and 3 slices of ginger.

Preparation method: Wash and crush the fresh sheep bones, add water to boil the soup, use the soup instead of water, and cook porridge with rice. When the porridge is almost done, add fine salt, ginger, and green onion for seasoning, and boil it twice more.

Minced Pork with Wolfberry and Pine Nuts

Ingredients: 100-150g minced meat, 100g each of wolfberry and pine nuts.

Preparation method: Add rice wine, salt and seasonings to the minced meat, stir-fry in a pan until half cooked, then add wolfberry and pine nuts and stir-fry together.

Usage: Can be eaten as a side dish, once a day.

Efficacy: It can be used to treat symptoms of yin deficiency and internal heat in patients with malignant lymphoma after radiotherapy.

Huaiqi Panax Notoginseng Soup

Ingredients: 17g Panax notoginseng, 32g Chinese yam, 26g wolfberry, 25g longan meat, 300g pork ribs, and appropriate amounts of salt and pepper.

Preparation method: Tie the mouth of a cloth bag with Panax notoginseng, Chinese yam and other Chinese medicinal herbs, put them in a pot with pork ribs, add 4 large bowls of water and stew. Cook over high heat first and then low heat for 2-3 hours until the amount is reduced to about 3 small bowls, then add salt and pepper to taste.

Usage: The patient eats the meat and drinks the soup, 1 small bowl each time, once every 1-2 days.

Efficacy: Produces blood and replenishes blood, stimulates appetite and strengthens the spleen.
