What are the external treatments for skin cancer

Modern medicine has an incomplete understanding of skin cancer, and its causes are still not fully understood. Clinical treatment of skin cancer mainly relies on surgery and radiotherapy and chemotherapy, but through a large number of clinical practices, some external treatment methods of Chinese medicine have also achieved good results. Patients can use them based on their own conditions and after consulting a doctor.

For skin cancer that forms ulcers or cauliflower-like tumors, or that is infected and oozes pus and juice, or is foul-smelling, you can soak the affected area in the following decoction before applying external medicine: Cnidium monnieri, Solanum nigrum, Patrinia scabra, and Taraxacum officinale. Soak the affected area 1 to 2 times a day. After cleaning, the following external treatment methods are available:

1. Nongjili fluid extract: Make Nongjili into an extract and apply it to the affected area, changing the dressing once a day.

2. Toad venom ointment: Take 10g of toad venom, dissolve it in 30ml of cleaning solution, then add 40g of sulfonamide ointment. Mix the above medicines evenly and apply an appropriate amount to the tumor each time.

3. Use cactus, scrape off the thorns, mash it into a paste, spread it on gauze, apply it to the affected area, and then bandage it to fix it. While applying the medicine, take 7 whole scorpions, seal them with yellow mud, calcine them, grind them into powder, and take them with yellow wine once a week.

4. Grind 60g of calamine, 60g of myrrh, and 1.5g of borneol into a fine powder, then mix with 250g of lard, pound into an ointment, apply it to the affected area to treat cancerous ulcers.

5.A. 30g red arsenic, 15g nails, 15g hair, 10g red dates, 30g flour. Crush the first three ingredients, put them into pitted red dates, wrap them with alkali-fermented flour, make a dough the size of a longan, bake it over a charcoal fire until white smoke comes out, then take it out and grind it into fine powder, mix it with oil into a paste.

B. Wrap a cat's head with flour and dry it in an oven. Remove the outer layer of flour, grind the dried cat's head into fine powder, and mix it with sesame oil to make a paste.

First, apply formula A to the affected area for 2-3 days. If you feel pain after applying it, switch to formula B for 4-5 days. The application area should include the tumor lesion and 0.5 cm of normal skin outside the lesion. Apply formula A and formula B alternately.
