4. Other foods that can help weaning

Foods that can cause milk to dry up include: dandelion, pepper, aniseed, MSG, beans, tea, hawthorn, leek, mushrooms, malt water, amaranth, fermented black beans, fennel, ginseng, old hens, animal liver (pork liver), pigeons, beef, crabs, spicy seasonings, chili peppers, alcohol, coffee, cigarettes, fried foods, high-fat foods and medicines, etc.

In addition, I heard that cold foods can also reduce milk production, so the elderly do not allow their children to eat cold drinks or the like. As for white radish, sweet potato, corn, etc., which are often eaten, you should eat less of them. It should not be so easy to stop breastfeeding if you do not eat them every meal.
