Functional intestinal disorder is a chronic disease with a high incidence rate and often recurs. The symptoms exhibited by patients generally include stomach discomfort, dry mouth, chest tightness, and frequent acid reflux, and some may also experience loss of appetite. If intestinal dysfunction is not treated in time, it will cause serious damage to intestinal function and even affect other organs of the body. So, what should we do about functional intestinal disorders?

1. Sheep blood

Sheep blood is the blood of sheep, which contains a variety of proteins and is relatively high in nutrients. It is good to eat more of it. Sheep blood has the effects of stopping bleeding, removing blood stasis, and detoxifying. It is mainly used to treat vomiting blood, nosebleeds, intestinal wind and hemorrhoidal bleeding, metrorrhagia in women, postpartum blood fainting, bleeding from poisonous strawberries, traumatic bleeding, bruises and other accidental bleeding.

2. Sunflower seeds

Sunflower seeds are rich in unsaturated fatty acids, high-quality protein, potassium, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, selenium, vitamin E, vitamin B1, etc.; the rich potassium content is beneficial for protecting heart function and preventing high blood pressure; sunflower seeds are rich in vitamin E, which can enhance human immunity. 3. Orange

4. Eggplant

Symptoms of intestinal disorders

1. The onset is usually slow, the course of the disease is often long, the symptoms are complex, persistent or recurrent, and the clinical manifestations are mainly gastrointestinal symptoms.

2. Patients with gastric neurosis often experience symptoms such as recurrent episodes of continuous warm breath, foreign body sensation in the throat, fullness and pain in the ribs and epigastric area.

3. Indescribable discomfort in the stomach, no feeling of hunger or sometimes strong appetite, sometimes no appetite, stomach reflux, hiccups, dry mouth, bitter taste in the mouth, chest tightness, long breaths, acid reflux, belching, anorexia, nausea, vomiting, burning sensation under the xiphoid process, fullness after eating, upper abdominal discomfort or pain, and symptoms worsen with every mood change.

4. Enteric neurosis, also known as irritable bowel syndrome, is the most common functional disease of the gastrointestinal tract. The main symptoms are intestinal symptoms, and patients often have abdominal pain, abdominal distension, intestinal rumbling, diarrhea and constipation.

5. When there is pain in the left lower abdomen, a cord-like mass may be felt. The pain is often aggravated by eating or drinking cold drinks, and is relieved after defecation, flatulence, or enema. Abdominal pain is often accompanied by symptoms such as abdominal distension, difficulty in defecation or increased frequency of defecation, and the stool may be loose or dry.
