Supplementing specific trace elements to fight against lymphoma

Trace elements are closely related to human survival and health. Excessive, insufficient, unbalanced or deficient intake will cause physiological abnormalities or diseases in the human body to varying degrees. Supplementing trace elements is of great help in improving the body's immunity and preventing the occurrence of lymphoma.

Selenium, iron, magnesium and germanium are essential trace elements for the human body. So what are the functions of these trace elements and how should they be supplemented on a daily basis?

1. Selenium

Studies have found that people with low blood selenium levels have a high incidence of cancer. Selenium can stimulate immune response, remove various carcinogenic free oxygen radicals produced in the body, reduce the toxicity of carcinogens, and protect chromosomes. Animal meat, liver, seafood; followed by mushrooms, garlic, sesame, grains, etc. are rich in selenium.

2. Iron

Iron can participate in the redox function, eliminate active oxygen and free radicals, and inhibit the conversion of nitrite into nitrosamine by gastric bacteria, causing

Gastric cancer and esophageal cancer. Foods rich in iron include beef, pork liver, soybeans, egg yolks, etc.

3. Magnesium

Magnesium helps control the development and spread of malignant tumors. Foods rich in magnesium include malt, whole wheat products, egg yolks, bananas and beans.

4. Germanium

Germanium can promote the repair of damaged immune system and activate various phagocytes. It is reported that the use of anticancer drugs and germanium at the same time can improve the anticancer effect. Foods with high germanium content include garlic, mushrooms, wolfberry, jasmine tea, etc.
