How is systemic lupus erythematosus diagnosed

Lupus erythematosus diagnostic criteria:

5. Pleurisy or pericarditis: chest pain, pleural friction sound or pleural effusion; pericarditis, abnormal electrocardiogram, pericardial friction sound or pericardial effusion.

6. Epilepsy or mental symptoms: not caused by drugs or metabolic disorders, such as uremia, ketoacidosis or electrolyte imbalance; mental illness: not caused by drugs or metabolic disorders, such as uremia, ketoacidosis or electrolyte imbalance.

7. Proteinuria, casts or hematuria: proteinuria >0.5g/dl or 3+; cellular casts, which may be red blood cells, hemoglobin, granular casts or mixed casts.

8. White blood cell count is less than 4 x 10'/L or platelet count is less than 100 x 10'/L or hemolytic anemia.

9. Fluorescent antinuclear antibody is positive.

10. Anti-double-stranded DNA antibodies or lupus cells are positive.
