Four "flavors" of food can prevent liver cancer

There is indeed a scientific claim that yogurt can prevent cancer. There is also a saying that some foods with pungent and strange tastes, such as bitter, sour, raw, and bland foods, have a strong killing effect on cancer cells, can fight cancer cells, and reduce the incidence of cancer.

"Sour": Sour fruits are rich in vitamin C and have anti-cancer effects. The lactic acid bacteria in yogurt and sauerkraut can break down sugar into lactic acid, inhibit the reproduction of putrefactive bacteria in the large intestine, reduce the production of toxins, and devour carcinogens, which can effectively prevent colon cancer and rectal cancer.

"Raw": Scientific analysis shows that raw fresh vegetables, especially cruciferous vegetables, contain quinones and phenols. Quinones can dilute carcinogens and accelerate their excretion from the body, while phenols can prevent the metabolism of cancer cells. Interferons in vegetables can keep cancer cells out of the body; beta-carotene can reduce the chance of cancer by 1/3.

"Light": Surveys show that the mortality rate of gastric cancer is very low, but if you eat 10g to 15g of salt every day, the mortality rate will increase. The reason is that salt will stimulate the secretion of gastric acid and pepsin, causing inflammation, swelling, ulceration, bleeding, and atrophy of the gastric mucosa, making it easy to become cancerous.

"Bitter": Scientists believe that bitter foods such as bitter melon and wild vegetables are important sources of vitamin B12. The cyanide in its main ingredient has no destructive effect on normal cells, but has a strong killing effect on cancer cells, and can inhibit the cytochrome oxidase in cancer cells, causing them to have metabolic disorders and "commit suicide" death.
