Intestinal cancer usually has three pains in the early stage

In the early stages of colorectal cancer, symptoms may include pain in the abdomen, lower back, or perianal area, which requires prompt medical attention. Treatments include surgery, chemotherapy, and targeted therapy, while adjustments to diet and lifestyle can help improve symptoms.

1. Abdominal pain is a common symptom of early colorectal cancer, which may be related to the tumor compressing the intestine or causing inflammation. It is recommended to undergo colonoscopy. After a clear diagnosis, surgery can be performed to remove the tumor according to the condition. Chemotherapy or radiotherapy can be combined after surgery to reduce the risk of recurrence. Avoid spicy and greasy foods in your diet, and increase the intake of fiber-rich vegetables and fruits, such as spinach, apples, etc.

2. Back pain may be related to colorectal cancer metastasis to bones or compression of nerves. Imaging examinations such as CT or MRI are required to clarify the scope of the lesion. Treatment includes targeted drugs such as bevacizumab, or radiotherapy to relieve pain. In daily life, pay attention to maintaining a correct sitting posture, avoid sitting for long periods of time, and perform appropriate waist stretching exercises, such as cat stretching.

3. Anal pain may be related to intestinal cancer invading the anus or causing anal infection. Anal digital examination and pathological biopsy are required for diagnosis. Treatment includes local surgical resection or radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Keep the anus clean, use warm water baths, avoid sitting for long periods of time and constipation, and add coarse grains such as oats and sweet potatoes to the diet to promote intestinal peristalsis.

The early symptoms of colorectal cancer are hidden. If you experience abdominal, back, or perianal pain, you should seek medical attention as soon as possible. Through standardized treatment and lifestyle adjustments, you can effectively control the disease and improve your quality of life.
