When Chinese people decorate their houses, they usually choose wooden floors for bedrooms. Wooden floors give people a healthier feeling and are not as cool as ceramic tiles. If you are not careful in your daily life, scratches may appear on the floor. At this time, you can use certain tips to repair it in time. The repair method is also relatively simple. Let us learn about some tips for repairing floor scratches.
Solution 1 Apply tan or light-colored leather oil to the scratches. The color of the leather oil must be close to the lightest paint on the door panel. Then use a dry cloth to rub along the wood grain until the color penetrates into the wood grain and covers the scratches. Then wax and polish. Solution 2 Crush old newspapers into paper scraps, add alum and water to make a paste, fill it in the concave areas, smooth it with fine sandpaper after it dries, cover it with floor paint, and then wax and polish it. Option 3 If the scratches on the solid wood floor are deep, use professional grinding equipment and German construction technology to grind away the scratches on the old paint surface of the floor through multiple processes of coarse, medium and fine. Use the fine sawdust obtained from grinding to mix with putty and scrape it all over the floor to fill in large gaps. After polishing and cleaning the floor, apply professional floor paint.
1. If the outdoor humidity is higher than the indoor humidity, you can close the doors and windows to maintain a lower indoor humidity. If the outdoor humidity is lower than the indoor humidity, you can open the doors and windows to lower the indoor humidity. When encountering hot and humid weather, you can turn on the air conditioner or electric fan. 2. For damp ground, especially the first floor and basement, it is necessary to prepare a base waterproof layer before laying the wooden floor. When laying, it is best to apply waterproof paint on the board in advance. 3. If a large area of water is accidentally flooded or a part of the area is soaked in water for a long time, if there is obvious water retention, it should be dried with a dry cloth in time and allowed to dry naturally. It is strictly forbidden to use electric drying or exposure to sunlight. 4. When moving furniture, do not push or pull it directly on the floor. Lift it, move it and place it gently. For furniture that is frequently moved, you can stick a layer of rubber on the bottom. 5. If you accidentally drop oil on the floor, wipe it off immediately with a clean rag or paper. If not handled in time, oil stains and discoloration will occur. It should be wiped carefully with detergent, water, etc., and then waxed.6. To increase indoor air humidity in autumn and winter, you can use a humidifier to keep the indoor air humidity at 50%-70%. 7. The place after installation must be occupied within 15 days. If it is not occupied for a long time, the indoor air circulation must be maintained to prevent the floor from cracking and aging prematurely. Do not cover it with plastic paper or newspaper, otherwise the paint film will become sticky and lose its luster over time. 8. When using a damp cloth to clean, remember not to use too much moisture, so as to avoid moisture hiding in the gaps and increasing the humidity of the wooden floor. |
