5 chemotherapy regimens for non-Hodgkin's lymphoma

Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma does not metastasize sequentially along the lymph node area, but rather spreads in a skipped manner and has more extranodal invasion. This tendency to occur in multiple centers limits the application of radiotherapy and determines that its treatment strategy is mainly chemotherapy. The following five chemotherapy regimens are commonly used in clinical practice:

1. COP solution

The main drugs used in this regimen are cyclophosphamide, vincristine, and prednisone, and one treatment cycle is three weeks.

2. CHOP regimen

The main drugs used in this regimen are cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin (mitoxantrone), vincristine, and prednisone. One treatment cycle is three weeks. This regimen has good chemotherapy effects, few side effects, and no strong bone marrow suppression.

3. m-BACOB solution

The main drugs used in this regimen are bleomycin, doxorubicin, cyclophosphamide, vincristine, dexamethasone, methotrexate, and calcium folinate, with one treatment cycle consisting of three weeks.

4. COP-BLAM solution

The main drugs used in this regimen are cyclophosphamide, vincristine, prednisone, bleomycin, doxorubicin, and carbachol, and one treatment cycle is every 3 weeks.

5. ESHAP program

The main drugs used in this regimen are etoposide, methylprednisolone, cytarabine, and cisplatin, all of which are administered intravenously. One treatment cycle is three weeks, and it is mainly used to treat recurrent lymphoma.
