At present, we often use interventional therapy in clinical treatment of lung cancer. This is a relatively new method of treating lung cancer, so many patients do not know whether the interventional therapy is effective. In response to this situation, our experts gave the following explanation. Lung cancer patients have a poor prognosis if their tumors cannot be surgically removed. For example, the 5-year survival rates of patients with stage IIIA and IIIB lung cancer are only about 23% and 3%, respectively. Unfortunately, many patients are diagnosed in the middle and late stages and cannot be treated with surgery. Although systemic chemotherapy has achieved certain therapeutic effects, it has drug toxicity and side effects, poor patient tolerance, and some patients have poor tumor sensitivity to chemotherapy drugs or tumor resistance after several chemotherapy treatments, resulting in insignificant efficacy. Therefore, we need more effective methods to treat lung cancer. Minimally invasive interventional therapy is a very good new method for treating lung cancer. It has many advantages. Of course, these advantages can make us better accept the treatment. Minimally invasive interventional therapy has the following advantages: 1. Real-time efficacy evaluation: Under the monitoring of modern imaging equipment, accurate real-time efficacy evaluation is performed; small side effects: small dosage, high local drug concentration, no drug resistance problem, and small side effects; significant clinical efficacy: after interventional treatment, the patient's survival time is extended, while saving hospitalization costs. These advantages are particularly important when treating lung cancer. 2. Strong targeting: precise positioning, precise treatment, direct cutting off of the blood supply to the tumor, "starving" the tumor cells to death, with minimal damage to normal tissues; this is a particularly important advantage in the treatment of lung cancer. 3. Strong repeatability: It is not limited by the metabolic cycle of tumor cells. According to the condition and treatment needs, it can be used in stages, multiple times, and repeatedly to treat multiple or recurring tumor nodules. So, now we know that interventional therapy can be used to treat lung cancer. Therefore, we can use this method during treatment. However, we should note that the method of treating lung cancer is not chosen arbitrarily, but should be treated according to our indications. Lung cancer http://www..com.cn/zhongliu/fa/ |
