Alan Pacey, an expert in andrology at the University of Sheffield and secretary general of the British Reproduction Society, pointed out: "If you have sex every day, sperm will not stay in the male body for too long, which also means that they will be more 'novel'."

But some experts believe that this research is not sufficient. "It takes about three months for sperm to mature. If it is discharged every day, its morphology may be better. But because it stays in the reproductive tract for a short time, the sperm's activity is bound to be low, its maturity is low, and its quality is not high. How can it complete such a complicated task as conception?" Experts emphasize that men who plan to have children should abstain from sex for two or three days to improve sperm quality.
