When the tumor is necrotic or combined with inflammation, the patient may have symptoms such as difficulty urinating, urgency, pain during urination, hematuria, etc. Some patients may also experience lower abdominal mass, pain, hydronephrosis, weight loss, anemia, fatigue and other symptoms. Cystoscopy is the most reliable method for diagnosing bladder cancer. Once diagnosed, surgical treatment should be performed as soon as possible. These include transurethral resection of bladder cancer, intravesical chemotherapy, intravesical immunotherapy, partial cystectomy, urinary diversion, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and other methods.
