What shampoo to use for oily hair and hair loss

Many people have very oily hair, so they often suffer from hair loss. This is because when the hair secretes too much oil, the oil will clog the pores, which will cause the patient to experience hair loss. In fact, it is very difficult for people with oily hair to recover. The hair will not grow back after it is lost. The pores clogged with oil will make it difficult for the hair to grow again. How should people with oily hair and hair loss take care of themselves in daily life?

Why does our scalp become oily? In addition to the secretion of sebum by your own hair, surfing the Internet (radiation), staying up all night (staying up late), not exercising, and loving to eat meat and spicy food are the most fundamental reasons for increased oily hair! The increase in oil secretion will clog the hair follicles on the scalp, leading to hair loss.

There are different solutions for oil leakage caused by different reasons. It is recommended to:

(1) People with oily hair should eat less oily and spicy foods. If conditions permit, you can wash your scalp every day in the early stages of improving scalp health to keep it clean.

(ii) You can use silicone-free shampoo containing ginger or seaweed ingredients to keep hair follicles healthy, reduce oil production and hair loss!

(3) Do not use shampoo containing silicone oil. Silicone-containing shampoo will add another layer of oil film on the oily scalp, making the scalp even more stuffy. Health problems will not be improved, but will be made worse. Many people with oily hair have fine hair. If the whole head is oily, the hair will look lifeless and inelastic, which is not beautiful.

Here are some suggestions on how to improve oily hair:

1. People with oily hair should reduce their intake of greasy food, and choose low-fat protein as meat dishes. Try to eat more fruits and vegetables. They should drink more water than the average person and take a small amount of vitamin E and yeast tablets, which will help reduce the secretion of sebaceous glands.

2. Do not overuse chemical hair products such as hairspray and styling spray. They will isolate your hair from air for a long time and make your scalp more oily.

3. Perming, dyeing and drying can cause great damage to the scalp. They will destroy the original internal structure of the scalp, causing the loss of moisture and nutrients, and easily causing the hair to become yellow, brittle, dull and inelastic. What’s more serious is that dyeing and perming products have many adverse factors to the body. It is recommended not to do hair dyeing and perming more than 4 times a year.

4. You must wash your hair every day in the correct way. Even on days when the weather is very humid or windy, you can wash your hair twice a day, but be sure to use a mild oil-control shampoo.

5. As for conditioners, it is best to use ones with astringent properties, which can help shrink scalp pores and reduce sebum secretion. For example, you can do it yourself and dilute vinegar in a basin of warm water and then use it to rinse your hair. This can reduce oil and make your hair shinier. If you use a ready-made conditioner on the market, remember that you should apply it to your hair, not your scalp.
