2. Watermelon rind. Wash the watermelon rind and wipe the prickly heat with it. Use it 2 or 3 times a day and you will see the effect the next day. The prickly heat will form scabs after 2 days. If you want to prevent prickly heat, you can also wash and slice the watermelon rind, add water and boil it into soup to drink.

3. Bitter melon. Bitter melon is indispensable for clearing heat in summer. It can also treat prickly heat. Wash the bitter melon, mash it and extract the juice. Apply the bitter melon juice on the prickly heat to treat it. In addition, take a ripe bitter gourd, take out part of the melon sac, put in 50 grams of borax, and apply the water that flows out after the borax melts to the affected area, which can have a good effect in removing prickly heat.

4. Wind oil essence. Adding a few drops of essential oil to the bath water will not only make you feel cool but also help treat prickly heat.

5. Boil mugwort leaves in water and take a bath. After washing the moxa leaves, put them in a pot, add water and boil for 30 minutes. After it cools down, use it to bathe your child. It can treat prickly heat. If there is no prickly heat, you can also use it to bathe your child to prevent it.

6. Boil purslane in water and take a bath. Take some purslane, add water and boil for 20 minutes. Note that the amount of water should be large enough for the baby to bathe. Do not add water after it is cooked. Let it cool down after cooking and give the baby a bath when it reaches a suitable temperature. This can effectively eliminate prickly heat.

7. Boil honeysuckle in water and take a bath. Take an appropriate amount of honeysuckle, wash it, add water and boil it for 20 minutes, then pour the water into the bathtub and use it for bathing when the temperature is suitable.
