Use the fingertips or palms of both hands to make smooth circular movements on the skin surface with moderate technique, neither too fast nor too slow, neither too light nor too heavy. Massage has the effects of warming the meridians and unblocking the collaterals, eliminating accumulation and dispersing blood stasis.
