My fingers itch and get blisters in the summer

My fingers itch and get blisters in the summer

We all know that the weather in summer is very hot. Many people sweat in summer, even when sitting indoors. This is most likely to cause sweat herpes, especially for some children, whose skin is very delicate. If they sweat frequently, the probability of causing sweat herpes will be very high. So what should we do if our fingers itch and get blisters in summer?

Summer is here and the weather is getting hotter. Have you ever experienced this symptom: when you are playing on the computer or working, there is suddenly an inexplicable itching of skin on your hand or foot, and then a few small blisters appear, and the blisters spread to the surrounding skin. The small blisters are transparent and very itchy. I want to scrape the skin. After we scratch the itch, the skin of the blisters becomes a little hard. When it is scratched, liquid will flow out, and then it will start to peel off after a few days.

The editor has such a worry, that is, small blisters grow on the fingers every summer. These blisters are transparent or translucent and contain water. If you squeeze them out, they will grow again. What’s even more frightening is that these blisters are extremely itchy. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night because of the itch, and I can’t get relief even if I scratch my fingers until they’re sore.

Later, the editor learned that this was actually dyshidrotic eczema, a type of eczema. The cause of dyshidrotic eczema is the failure of the spleen to function properly, disordered transportation and transformation, accumulation of dampness and heat inside the body, and the invasion of summer heat and dampness at the same time. The internal and external evils combine and cannot be discharged externally, so they can only fumigate the skin. When it flows through the meridians to the palms, it manifests as the "small blisters" that people see.

Traditional Chinese medicine also calls it an ant's nest. It is related to multiple factors such as personal constitution, mental depression, nervous disorder, contact stimulation, allergies, etc. It often occurs on both sides of the fingers, palms, and toes. It is usually easy to occur during hot flashes in summer, and is often accompanied by excessive sweating of the hands and feet. It appears in areas where sweat glands are more developed, so it is also called sweat herpes, accompanied by mild to severe itching, and a burning sensation.

Reasons why blisters appear on your hands include:

1. Excessive dampness and heat in the body causes small blisters on the hands and slight itching. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that when dampness and heat rise in the body, it will manifest itself in the body. Generally, these small blisters are translucent or opaque and usually cause slight itching.

2. Caused by some fungi. Because summer is here, many people like to cool down and wash their hands in cold water or touch things with cool surfaces. There are often some fungi on the surface, which cause small blisters and varying degrees of itching.

3. Allergy. Some people with sensitive skin or extremely sensitive skin may also develop small blisters on their hands.

Generally, these small blisters are translucent or opaque and usually cause slight itching. Too much heat in the body and excessive toxins can also cause the symptoms of small blisters, so they can be relieved by eating more blood-cooling and detoxifying foods. Generally speaking, bitter melon, mung beans, watermelon, cucumber, etc. can help treat blistering symptoms. Therefore, when these blisters appear on your fingers, it often means that the toxins in your body are mainly concentrated in the internal organs. At this time, we need to detoxify our internal organs or eat some detoxifying foods.
