If the food is thoroughly heated before eating to kill the pathogens, food poisoning will not occur. So, the last important reason is that the food is not fully heated or cooked before eating. Food poisoning caused by ingesting animal-derived poisonous foods is called animal-derived food poisoning. Animals or parts of animals that naturally contain toxic ingredients are eaten as food and cause poisoning reactions when eaten by mistake. Edible animal foods that produce a large amount of toxic ingredients under certain conditions, such as eating mackerel, can also cause poisoning. In recent years, the main animal food poisoning in my country is puffer fish poisoning, followed by fish gallbladder poisoning.
