Wash wolfberries and glutinous rice, put them in a casserole, add pigeon meat paste and appropriate amount of water, simmer porridge over low heat, add fine salt, MSG, sesame oil when the porridge is ready, and mix well. Take 1 dose daily, divided into 2 times. 5 to 8 doses constitute a course of treatment.
