Bleeding. Some scholars have used a high-power magnifying glass to observe carefully and found a central small vein in each small protrusion. However, if the lesions occur on drier skin, the texture may be harder, and the color of the lesions may be dark red or close to the color of the skin and mucous membranes.

4. Patients with cauliflower-like condyloma acuminatum will experience a burning or itching sensation in the affected area. Some people will involuntarily scratch it, causing bleeding. Generally speaking, there are no obvious symptoms in the early stages of cauliflower.
