Left wrist joint pain?

Joint pain in the left wrist is most likely caused by local wrist arthritis. There are many reasons for this inflammation, such as overwork, improper diet, or excessive mental stress. It is best to pay more attention to rest, pay attention to your posture, actively exercise appropriately, and relieve pain through Chinese medicine massage or acupuncture.

There are many causes of wrist pain, but most are related to the following conditions:

1. Rheumatoid arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis: These two types of arthritis mostly occur in women aged 30 to 45. Rheumatoid arthritis often has migratory pain, that is, the location of the pain is uncertain. Pain, swelling, and stiffness occur in the wrist area.

2. Gouty arthritis: Gout is common in the thumb. This disease has been written about before. It is induced by eating seafood and beer. During the acute stage, the patient will experience local redness and swelling, severe pain, and unbearable pain; in the chronic stage, the patient will experience pain and joint deformity.

3. Tenosynovitis: It is what we call mouse hand and keyboard hand. It is mostly a disease among young people, but not only people who use the mouse will get the disease. When the hand maintains a movement for a long time, such as driving or shaking the spoon.

4. Ligament injury: Some people may suffer from eversion or inversion of joint ligaments due to external force stimulation and have a history of trauma.

5. Low immunity: A small number of people have problems with their immune system and develop diseases such as psoriasis, which will erode the joints and cause swelling and pain.

6. Caused by strain: excessive activity, joints cannot bear it, frozen shoulder and tennis elbow are common diseases.

Five small movements specifically for wrist pain

The first move: turning the palm into a claw

Let your arms hang naturally, and slowly lift your palms upwards, with your palms and arms forming a 90-degree angle. Pause for two seconds to allow your wrist joints to adapt to the stretch. Then the five fingers were spread apart with force, the fingertips were like steel needles, and then the five finger joints were bent inwards, as strong and powerful as tiger claws!

Starting from the little finger, rotate and bend the five fingers to make a fist at once. Keep the fist clenched, then release the fist and turn it into a palm. Repeat this action 10 times.

The second move: wrist movement

Follow me, do it with your right hand in slow motion~ Grab your right wrist with both hands, twist it back and forth to massage, and relax your right hand. Apply force slightly in the opposite direction of the twisting. That is, when the left hand turns outward, the right hand should have force turning inward. After twisting dozens of times, switch hands.

The third trick: pinch and stroke your fingers

Start with your left hand from the wrist of your right hand, and pinch and stroke downward towards the fingers. Use strong force when pinching. When you reach the fingertips, stretch your left hand outwards and pull your right hand back. Pinch and stroke dozens of times, switching hands.

Step 4: Crumpling the paper

This action is very interesting and is very effective in relieving mouse hand. Choose a harder paper, roll it into a small ball, unfold it, roll it into a ball again, and repeat it continuously. No restrictions on time or place.

Fifth trick: twist the towel in reverse

Everyone can master this method. Instead of twisting it clockwise, twist it counterclockwise.
