Fengmen is on the back, 1.5 inches lateral to the spinous process of the second thoracic vertebra. The sun is located in the depression about 1 inch back between the tip of the eyebrow and the outer canthus of the eye. Quchi is located at the lateral end of the elbow transverse line, at the midpoint of the line connecting Chize and the lateral epicondyle of the humerus when the elbow is flexed.

2. Use simple cupping method on Fengmen, Taiyang and Yintang acupoints, and leave the cups for 10 minutes. Taichong point should be pricked to cause bleeding, with slight bleeding as the limit. This should be done once a day, with 5 times constituting a course of treatment. In the blood-pricking and cupping method, only the spaces between the lines are pricked to cause bleeding without cupping. For other acupoints, cupping is applied after pricking for bleeding, and the cup is left on for 10 minutes. Take once a day, 5 times as a course of treatment.
