What are the symptoms of tail inflammation

Appendicitis is a common clinical disease. Generally speaking, appendicitis is an acute disease. Many reasons may lead to appendicitis, so we must take the problem of appendicitis seriously. This disease needs to be treated fundamentally through surgical removal. The symptoms of appendicitis are very obvious, and many factors must be considered during treatment. So what are the specific symptoms of appendicitis?

1. Migrating right lower abdominal pain:

Typical abdominal pain attacks begin in the upper abdomen, gradually move to the navel, and finally transfer to and be confined to the right lower abdomen. Once the pain moves to the right lower abdomen, the pain in the initial abdominal pain site (upper abdomen and navel) disappears, which means that the abdominal pain does not spread but transfers. Therefore it is called "metastatic right lower abdominal pain". The location of abdominal pain varies with inflammation of the appendix in different locations. For example, if the appendix is located behind the cecum, the pain is in the lateral waist; if the appendix is located in the pelvic area, the abdominal pain is in the suprapubic area; if the appendix is located in the subhepatic area, it can cause right upper abdominal pain; if the appendix is located in the left lower abdomen, it can cause left lower abdominal pain, which should be paid attention to.

2. Gastrointestinal symptoms:

In the early stages of the disease, there may be anorexia, nausea, vomiting, etc., but the degree is relatively mild. Vomiting usually occurs within a few hours after the onset of abdominal pain and does not occur frequently. In some cases, diarrhea may occur. In pelvic appendicitis, inflammation irritates the rectum and bladder, causing symptoms of defecation and tenesmus. Diffuse peritonitis can cause paralytic ileus, which is manifested by abdominal distension and reduced flatulence and defecation.

3. Systemic symptoms:

Early fatigue. When the inflammation is severe, symptoms of poisoning will appear, the heart rate will increase, and the body temperature may rise to around 38°C. When the appendix perforates, the body temperature may be higher, reaching 39°C or 40°C. But a rise in temperature does not precede abdominal pain. If portal vein inflammation occurs, chills, high fever and mild jaundice may occur.
