Uterine adenosarcoma

The uterus is a relatively important part of the female body structure because it contains the ovaries and other important organs. When there is a problem with a girl's uterus, it will have a certain impact on their physical development, body structure, and even life safety. You said women may find themselves with a condition called uterine adenosarcoma. It is a tumor that causes great harm to the female uterus. So what are the symptoms of uterine adenosarcoma?

1. Symptoms of uterine adenosarcoma

1. Menstrual disorders

This is the most common symptom. About 30% of patients will experience increased menstrual flow, prolonged menstrual period, or spotting when they do not have their period. Most of these symptoms in women are related to abnormal ovarian function.

2. Prolonged menstrual period and anemia

Because the size of the uterus will increase due to the disease, the area inside the uterine cavity will cause uterine muscle fiber contraction due to the influence of the lesion. More serious patients may experience anemia.

3. Dysmenorrhea and chronic pelvic pain

The first symptom of uterine adenosarcoma is dysmenorrhea, which will gradually worsen as the disease progresses. But not all people will experience this symptom.

4. Pain during sexual intercourse

After women suffer from this disease, about 30% of them will experience pain during sexual intercourse, so it is necessary to pay attention to the pain during sexual intercourse.

5. Cause infertility

After contracting the disease, it is very likely to cause blockage of the fallopian tubes, the most direct consequence being infertility in women.

Treatment of uterine adenosarcoma

1. Drug treatment

If the condition is not serious, drug treatment can be used, because drug treatment can effectively relieve the patient's dysmenorrhea and is very useful for patients with mild symptoms.

2. Traditional surgical treatment

Traditional surgical treatment is actually hysterectomy, which means that women will lose their fertility forever. This method is not suitable for women who have not given birth.
