Nipple pulling technique

Nipple pulling technique

A woman's breasts are one of the key parts that show her personal charm, and nipples are an indispensable part of the breasts. Generally speaking, normal women's nipples are very full. Some women may experience inverted nipples, which may be caused by an inappropriate bra or a breast disease. Inverted nipples can be treated by traction. So, what is the technique for nipple traction?

1. Specific causes of acquired nipple inversion

1. A bra that is too small, too tight, used too early, or wearing clothes that are too tight can all cause nipple retraction.

2. Caused by trauma or surgery, breast tumors, and fibrosis after mastitis.

Specific causes of congenital inverted nipples

1. Hypoplasia of the smooth muscles of the nipple and areola: The nipple has the opening of the lactiferous duct and smooth muscle fibers around the lactiferous duct. The inverted nipple is pulled inward by the muscle fiber bundles surrounding the lactiferous duct and inserted into the nipple dermis. The texture of these muscle bundles is significantly different from that of the lactiferous ducts.

2. The lactiferous ducts themselves are underdeveloped: the underdeveloped lactiferous ducts fail to become ductalized and appear as cords.

3. The lack of supporting tissue under the nipple is also a cause of inverted nipple.

4. Inverted nipples are greatly affected by genetics. If the mother has inverted nipples, the daughter is more likely to have inverted nipples than normal people.

3. Treatment methods for inverted nipples

The sooner inverted nipples are corrected, the better. In fact, most inverted nipples can be made protruding by taking some corrective measures.

1. Bra method: Choose a bra of appropriate size and avoid or correct the bad habit of binding the breasts to prevent further aggravation of inverted nipples. At the same time, open a hole the size of the nipple in the center of the bra. After putting on the bra, the nipple will be squeezed outward and kept in a protruding position.

2. Negative pressure method: You can use a syringe outer sleeve to cover the nipple, or you can use a small wine cup to hold the nipple and press it tightly with a cloth tape, or use a cupping jar to suck outwards, or you can also use a plastic cup that you squeeze and then buckle around the nipple. There will be suction even if you let go, which also has the effect of cupping.

3. Manual traction: Adolescence is an important period for breast development and also an important period for correcting inverted nipples. Regularly pulling the nipples can make the breasts protrude, increase the supporting strength of the surrounding skin, and play a "shaping" role. Several times a day. Over time, the nipples will naturally bulge outward. If you can't pull it out, push the skin of the breast near the nipple outwards first.
