How to preserve uneaten mangoes

Mango is a very common fruit in people’s daily life. It has excellent effects on people’s physical health and nutritional supplement. However, many people will find that when eating mangoes, sometimes a mango is very large and they cannot finish it in one go. It feels a pity to throw it away, but it would be very uncomfortable if they force themselves to eat it. 1. How to keep mango fresh after cutting

It is recommended to put it in a fresh-keeping bag and then put it in the refrigerator, which can keep it for about half a day. Cut the mango pulp into cubes, put it in a bowl, and rub some rock sugar powder on it, it won’t be so sour.

2. Ripe mangoes can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 to 5 days. Unripe mangoes can be put into a paper box and placed in a corner of the kitchen, where they can be kept for more than ten days.

1. Put it in a rice bucket, cover it with rice, and cover it with rice. The mango will be ripe in a few days.

2. Use unripe mangoes to make pickled mangoes. To make the pickled mangoes, wash the mangoes, put them in cold boiled water, add appropriate amount of white vinegar or rice vinegar, salt or sugar, seal it, and you can eat it after a week. You can also wash the mangoes, cut them into pieces, sprinkle them with salt or sugar, and marinate them for 2 or 3 days before eating. They will be very crispy. If you like spicy food, you can also add chili powder.

3. If it is a normal raw mango, just leave it naturally, without even the sun, the mango will ripen obviously.

4. Put the raw mango in a paper bag, add two bananas or ripe apples, and then tie the paper bag tightly. The raw mango will be ripe the next day because the ethylene released by ripe fruits can ripen raw fruits.

Also, please note that when the mango is not ripe, white juice will ooze out from the fruit stem, which may be the cause of allergies. Eating too many mangoes can cause allergies, and in severe cases may damage the kidneys. Do not eat mango after a full meal. Mangoes should not be eaten with spicy foods such as garlic, otherwise it may cause jaundice.

Note: Tropical fruits (including mangoes) should not be refrigerated. Mangoes should be placed in a ventilated place. If they are ripe, they should be eaten as soon as possible and should not be stored for a long time.
