What to do if toilet water gets in your eyes

Floral water is a deodorant that is often used in households. It is easy to use, inexpensive, and is loved by many people. Compared with perfume, floral water has a better mosquito repellent effect and the effect lasts longer. Many mothers add floral water to the water when washing clothes, which can quickly remove the odor of clothes. But what should you do if you accidentally get toilet water in your eyes?

1. When toilet water gets into the eyes, the first thing to do is to rinse the eyes with plenty of clean water to reduce the concentration in the eyes and reduce the irritation reaction. During this period, you should try to avoid rubbing your eyes and avoid spicy food. After flushing, you can apply some antibiotic eye drops for prevention. If the eye symptoms worsen significantly, you should see a doctor as soon as possible.

2. Floral water is very effective in treating mosquito bites and insect bites, but its anti-inflammatory function is not very ideal. Doctors point out that ingredients such as mint and camphor in toilet water not only fail to improve local inflammation, but can also cause allergic reactions and lead to contact dermatitis. Babies aged 1-3 years old must dilute the floral water before using it, especially babies aged 1 year old or under should not use floral water.

As for what to use to repel mosquitoes for babies, you can take a gentler approach, such as applying some sesame oil on the baby's exposed skin, which can have a certain mosquito repellent effect. As for how to choose mosquito repellent products for adults, you can make reasonable comparisons and selections based on your actual situation.

3. Like liquor, mousse and perfume, toilet water is something that should be used and stored with great care to avoid fire. This is because toilet water contains edible alcohol and is therefore flammable. Therefore, never use open flames immediately after applying floral water, such as lighting mosquito coils, cigarettes, or using open flame stoves. Due to not strictly following the requirements in the product instructions to avoid fire, there have been incidents of burns caused by contact with open flames after using floral water.
