Tips for removing tooth rust

Some people will have rust on their teeth. There are many reasons for rust on teeth, which is mainly related to a person's eating habits and water quality. It will become very unsightly and very annoying. Everyone wants their teeth to be white and neat. Everyone loves beauty, and this is normal human thinking. In fact, there are many tips for removing tooth rust. Let’s share them together below.

1. Brushing your teeth: Brushing your teeth in the morning and evening and rinsing your mouth after meals are the most important measures to prevent and treat tartar formation. Use a health toothbrush, choose fluoride toothpaste, and brush your teeth using the correct method - vertical brushing and correct horizontal brushing. This not only removes food debris, dental plaque, tartar and dirt, prevents the formation and deposition of tartar, but also massages the gums, promotes blood circulation, and enhances the disease resistance of periodontal tissues.

2. Diet: Reasonable nutrition and a good combination of coarse and fine foods. Eat more crude fiber foods rich in vitamins, such as meat, eggs, various vegetables and fruits, and chew them thoroughly to help clean the tooth surface. Eat less sweets and sticky foods, and don't eat snacks.

3. Oral health check: Conduct an oral health check every six months, and use an ultrasonic dental cleaning machine to perform full-mouth cleaning 2-3 times a year to keep the tooth surface and tooth neck in a clean state at all times.

4. Teeth cleaning: Ultrasonic teeth cleaning is aimed at removing dental calculus. Because dental plaque is more likely to cause the accumulation of dental plaque, resulting in gingivitis, bleeding gums, and periodontal disease. Therefore, removing dental tartar is a medical procedure. Of course, during the treatment, the calculus on the tooth neck and adjacent surfaces is removed, and the teeth will also appear whiter. The disadvantages of teeth cleaning are that it is painful, causes a lot of bleeding, and the surface of the teeth becomes rough after cleaning, making tooth stains and tartar more likely to reappear faster. Finally, there is the possibility of contracting disease.

5. Bleaching: This method generally uses chemical drugs to bleach the surface of the teeth, rather than real treatment. Many people who love beauty will take this method, but it is actually not advisable. First, it does not achieve the treatment effect, and second, it causes serious damage to the teeth themselves.
