⑤ 60 grams of honeysuckle (fresh is preferred), 5 hawthorns (crushed), a little rock sugar, brew with boiling water, and drink frequently as tea. Honeysuckle clears away heat and detoxifies. It contains luteolin, inositol, saponins, tannins, etc., and has inhibitory effects on many viruses and bacteria such as hepatitis virus, pneumococcus, Shigella dysenteriae, etc.; Hawthorn contains a variety of flavonoids, lipase, lactone, sugars, glycosides, citric acid, tartaric acid, hawthorn acid, lipase, etc. These substances can strengthen the heart and lower blood lipids, and have antibacterial effects.
